Crawley Apartments, Groundworks
These groundworks were very complex as this site was going to have cantilevers in three different places. There were existing foul and storm drains that ran alongside footings to be bridged. On site we also had to work alongside NHBC (who we are members) and council building inspectors. Having cleared the old building from the site and delivering the build on the 4 storey apartments we had a perfect understanding of what went before and what was required to create the right platform for the build.
